Business Central partner in Spain for international companies: Spanish localization, SII, Verifactu, DeCA — and one team for your other countries

A Spanish subsidiary on Business Central needs more than a translation: SII, Verifactu from 2027, the DeCA transport document from October 2026, Spanish bank formats, withholding. What the Microsoft localization covers, what needs a partner, and how a group runs Spain, Poland and the US on one tenant with one team.

Short answer: if your group is rolling Business Central out to a Spanish subsidiary — or already has one that a local partner set up years ago — the Spanish layer is what decides whether it works. Microsoft's Spanish localization covers the basics: chart of accounts conventions, VAT groups, SII (near-real-time VAT ledger reporting), Spanish bank formats and withholding tax. What it doesn't do on its own is keep you compliant with what's arriving: Verifactu (verifiable invoicing software, mandatory for companies from 1 January 2027 unless you file through SII), the DeCA electronic transport document (mandatory from 5 October 2026 for anyone shipping goods by road, including the party that merely contracts the haulier), and the B2B e-invoicing regulation being finalised alongside them. We are a Spanish-based Business Central partner — Microsoft certified, seven published apps for exactly these obligations, working in English, Spanish and Polish — with the specific advantage that we can also run your Polish and US entities, so a group doesn't need three partners in three countries who don't talk to each other.

What Microsoft's Spanish localization covers

What needs a partner — and what we've built

Obligation Deadline What we provide
DeCA electronic transport document 5 Oct 2026 Our DeCA app: generated from the posted shipment, QR, direct-download publication, sent to the carrier
Verifactu verifiable invoicing 1 Jan 2027 (companies), 1 Jul 2027 (self-employed); SII filers exempt Assessment of which regime applies to each entity; configuration
SII validation before submission In force Our SII assistant: catches the errors the AEAT would reject
Cartera (bills receivable/payable) and Confirming In force Bank-specific file formats beyond the standard
B2B e-invoicing Regulation being finalised E-Documents framework configuration when the platform goes live

These are the things a non-Spanish partner discovers at go-live, and a Spanish partner without development capacity buys from a third party. We built them.

The group angle

Most international companies we work with have the same shape: headquarters on one system, a Spanish entity, sometimes a Polish plant or a US distributor. The choice is usually between one Business Central tenant with several companies (intercompany, consolidation, one set of master data) or separate systems per country stitched together at month-end.

One tenant wins on almost every count — if each country's localization is handled by someone who knows it. That is the specific thing we offer: Spain, Poland (KSeF is in force since 2026) and the United States (our US entity, tariffs and Avalara) from one team, in English. Typical engagements

How we work

Each project part invoiced only after you accept it; no upfront payment. NDA before we see anything. Written communication by default, in English for headquarters and Spanish for the local team. Microsoft certified MB-800 and MB-820; EU entity in Barcelona (GESTION INTEGRADA ERP CRM SCM, S.L.), US entity in Wyoming for North American contracts.

FAQ

Can we keep our group partner and use you only for Spain? Yes — that's common. We handle the Spanish layer and coordinate with your group partner on the template.

Is Verifactu relevant if our Spanish entity files SII? SII filers are exempt from Verifactu. Confirm which regime each entity falls under; it depends on turnover and VAT group status.

Does the DeCA apply if we only hire carriers? Yes. The contractual shipper is legally responsible even without owning a truck. That's the point most groups miss.

Do you cover Portugal or Italy? Not as first-line localizations. We'll say so and point you to a partner there, and we can still run the group integration.
