Business Central for Irish companies
We are a Business Central consultancy with teams in Spain and Poland, one hour ahead of Dublin, working with Irish companies in English. In Ireland, Business Central runs with a partner localization rather than one from Microsoft: we help you choose it and implement it with the rest of the system. Contracts and invoices in euro through our EU entity, with no currency conversion.
Industries
Manufacturing · Wholesale distribution · Construction contractors · Food & beverage · Fleet and field service
What we do
NAV & GP migrations
Object inventory, C/AL or Dexterity triage, data validated against your live system, phased go-live with the old system read-only as a fallback.
AL development
Clean extensions that survive the two annual updates. Code in your repository, documentation with every delivery. How we build APIs.
2026 capabilities
Quality Management, subcontracting, Peppol e-documents, Shopify B2B and the Payables Agent — configured over your real processes.
Integrations
Shopify, EDI, WMS, banks, CRM, Avalara/Vertex — over REST APIs and OData. We rebuild NAV-era SQL integrations for the cloud.
Reporting & Power BI
The four included Power BI apps, financial reports, consolidated multi-entity views, and the 13-week cash forecast.
AI agents
Payables, sales orders and expenses, switched on over one measured process with human approval in the loop. What AP automation looks like.
Project rescue
Independent audit when an implementation stalls: what exists, what is broken, what finishing costs.
Licensing (EUR)
| Plan | Who it's for | Price per user / month |
|---|---|---|
| Essentials | Finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, warehouse, projects | €69.30 |
| Premium | Adds manufacturing and service management — only if you need them | €95.30 |
| Team Members | Approvals, dashboards, read-only, time entry | €6.90 |
Converted from our euro prices at the exchange rate of 12 October 2026, rounded. Your proposal fixes the final amount. Tax: Irish VAT returns, and RCT where construction requires it, are covered by the Irish partner localization we select with you; EU sales lists and Intrastat use the standard features. Migration guides: from Sage 50 and from Sage 200. If the available localization does not cover an obligation, such as an e-invoicing requirement, we build it ourselves when the rules do not require certified software; where they do, we connect Business Central to an authorized provider.
What a project costs
| Profile | Typical project cost (EUR) |
|---|---|
| Small: from spreadsheets or a simple accounting package | €8,000 – €15,000 |
| Mid-sized: from an ERP such as Sage or NAV | €20,000 – €60,000 |
| Complex: multi-entity, manufacturing or heavy custom code | €35,000 – €90,000 |
Project cost is one-off; licences are recurring. Most companies need far fewer full users than headcount — the Essentials vs Premium decision is usually worth more than any negotiated discount.
How we work
- Free assessment in five working days: your system, customizations, integrations and an indicative budget.
- Scope split into parts, each with written acceptance criteria.
- Each part invoiced only after you accept it. No upfront payment, no retainers you can't cancel.
- Everything is yours: code in your repository, documentation with every delivery, tenant in your name.
Spain and Poland are one hour ahead of Ireland, so we work inside your business hours: meetings when it suits you and urgent fixes the same day.

Questions we get asked first
Is there a Business Central localization for Ireland?
Yes, from Microsoft partners on AppSource rather than from Microsoft. We help you choose the one that covers your obligations and implement it with the rest of the system, so tax compliance is never left in no man's land.
Who do we contract with?
With our EU entity or our US entity, whichever suits you. The delivery team is the same.
