Business Central for Australian companies
We are a Business Central consultancy with teams in Europe and across several US states, working with Australian companies in English. Business Central ships with a Microsoft-built Australian localization — GST, BAS reporting and AUD — so the tax layer is maintained by Microsoft. Payroll stays in your payroll system for Single Touch Payroll, and we integrate it with the general ledger.

What we do
NAV & GP migrations
Object inventory, C/AL or Dexterity triage, data validated against your live system, phased go-live with the old system read-only as a fallback.
AL development
Clean extensions that survive the two annual updates. Code in your repository, documentation with every delivery. How we build APIs.
2026 capabilities
Quality Management, subcontracting, Peppol e-documents, Shopify B2B and the Payables Agent — configured over your real processes.
Integrations
Shopify, EDI, WMS, banks, CRM, Avalara/Vertex — over REST APIs and OData. We rebuild NAV-era SQL integrations for the cloud.
Reporting & Power BI
The four included Power BI apps, financial reports, consolidated multi-entity views, and the 13-week cash forecast.
AI agents
Payables, sales orders and expenses, switched on over one measured process with human approval in the loop. What AP automation looks like.
Project rescue
Independent audit when an implementation stalls: what exists, what is broken, what finishing costs.
Licensing (AUD)
| Plan | Who it's for | Price per user / month |
|---|---|---|
| Essentials | Finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, warehouse, projects | ≈ A$114 |
| Premium | Adds manufacturing and service management — only if you need them | ≈ A$157 |
| Team Members | Approvals, dashboards, read-only, time entry | ≈ A$11 |
Converted from our US dollar prices at the exchange rate of 12 October 2026, rounded. Your proposal fixes the final amount. Tax: GST and BAS come with Microsoft's Australian localization. For Peppol e-invoicing we connect Business Central to an accredited access point.
What a project costs
| Profile | Typical project cost (AUD) |
|---|---|
| Small: 5-15 users, standard processes | ≈ A$36,000 – A$72,000 |
| Mid-market: 15-50 users, warehouse or integrations | ≈ A$72,000 – A$210,000 |
| Complex: heavy legacy code, multi-entity, manufacturing | ≈ A$210,000+ |
Project cost is one-off; licences are recurring. Most companies need far fewer full users than headcount — the Essentials vs Premium decision is usually worth more than any negotiated discount.
How we work
- Free assessment in five working days: your system, customizations, integrations and an indicative budget.
- Scope split into parts, each with written acceptance criteria.
- Each part invoiced only after you accept it. No upfront payment, no retainers you can't cancel.
- Everything is yours: code in your repository, documentation with every delivery, tenant in your name.
Sydney is eight to ten hours ahead of Spain. Our morning overlaps with your late afternoon for calls, and development runs while you sleep: you review in the morning what we built overnight.

Questions we get asked first
Is the Australian localization from Microsoft?
Yes: GST, BAS and AUD reporting are Microsoft's own and are updated with each release.
What about payroll?
Business Central has no Australian payroll. Your payroll system keeps handling Single Touch Payroll, and we post its journals to Business Central automatically.
Who do we contract with?
With our EU entity or our US entity, whichever suits you. The delivery team is the same.
