Bramvia — Business Central Experts

Bramvia's module for fuel stations: fuel purchasing, tank readings and wetstock reconciliation, pump shifts, store and POS, fleet customers with cards, pricing per site, cash and margin per litre or gallon, all inside Business Central. With the whole cycle in 3D.

Short answer: a fuel station sells fuel, store goods, car washes and, more and more, EV charging. Everything depends on reconciling fuel volumes every day: what was delivered, what the tank gauges read and what each shift sold. Our fuel station module runs inside Business Central. It covers tanks, pumps, shifts, the store, fleet customers and prices, and keeps accounting, cash and margin per site in the same system. Walk through the whole cycle below and see what happens when a tank does not reconcile.

Working demo: The whole cycle of your sector. Walk the eight stages of your sector in 3D (construction, logistics, fashion, retail, industrial supply, metal, engineering, cosmetics and labs, plastics, olive oil mills, canneries, farm co-ops or service stations), see what Business Central records at each one and try the scenarios where something goes wrong. The whole cycle of a station

  1. Fuel purchasing: order to the supplier and tanker delivery into each tank.
  2. Tanks and readings: automatic tank gauges or dipsticks, real stock and differences.
  3. Pumps and shifts: pump totalisers at each shift close.
  4. Store and POS: fuel, store, car wash and charging on the same point of sale.
  5. Fleet customers: company cards with limits, vehicle plates and a monthly invoice.
  6. Prices: changes per site with effective date and time.
  7. Cash and banks: cash counts, card settlements and reconciliation per site.
  8. Margin per litre or gallon and per site, with the store shown separately.

What the module includes

Why inside Business Central

Because it is a module inside the ERP, not a separate program, nobody re-keys sales, shifts or fleet invoices into accounting. Purchasing, cash, fleet collections and the P&L per site come from the same place. For groups with other businesses (haulage, fuel distribution, convenience stores), everything stays in one system.

How we implement it

We start with one site: tanks and capacities, pumps, products, prices and fleet customers. For two weeks we reconcile tanks, shifts and cash every day and compare with the current system. Then the other sites join. You pay for each phase only after it is delivered and you accept that it works.

Signs you need it now: tank differences are found at month end; fleet invoices are built by hand; or accounting gets the shifts days later.

FAQ

Does the module handle several stations? Yes, with each station as a location and a dimension to see its stock, cash and margin.

Does it reconcile wetstock? Yes. It compares deliveries, sales and readings every day and flags the difference by tank and shift.

Can fleet customers be invoiced monthly? Yes, with every fill-up of the month, detail by vehicle and their credit limit enforced.
