Migrate to Business Central from any system

Pick your current system and see what the migration actually involves: what breaks, what is salvaged, what it costs and how long it takes. Split into parts, and each part is invoiced only after you accept it.

Why migrate with us

The method, in five phases

  1. Assess: object inventory, data quality, integrations. Free, within five working days.
  2. Plan: what the standard covers, what is an app, what needs an extension. Scope split into parts with written acceptance criteria.
  3. Build and test: clean AL extensions, data validated against your live system, and your real month-end close run as a test.
  4. Cut over: usually a weekend, with the old system read-only as the fallback.
  5. Stabilise: first close supported, Power BI and AI agents switched on.

FAQ

Do we have to migrate all our history?

No. Masters, balances and open documents migrate; history is archived read-only. Migrating ten years of transactions is the most common way to inflate a quote.

Will our customisations break?

In a system with years behind it, a third to half of the custom code already exists in the Business Central standard. The inventory tells you before anyone writes code.

We already have a quote from another partner.

We will review it line by line within 48 hours — including telling you it is good.

What do licences cost?

$80 Essentials, $110 Premium, $8 Team Members per user per month. Full US breakdown.
